Recording a video

Turn any replay into a shareable video. The player can capture the 3D playback as an MP4 file that you download to your device.

How it works

1. Set up the replay the way you want it — camera angle, layers, trail length and which athletes are visible.
2. Start recording the video. The player captures the playback as it runs.
3. When it's done, download the MP4.

On mobile, the 3D replay video can be saved to your camera roll and shared straight to messaging apps or social media.

Tips for a great clip

• Use follow or first-person camera for dynamic footage. See Camera modes.
• Adjust playback speed so the clip isn't too long. See Timeline & playback.
• Turn on charts or labels if you want context baked into the video.

Browser support

On the web, video recording requires Google Chrome. Other browsers can view replays but may not support MP4 export.
