Is SportsTrackLive free?

Yes. A free account includes GPS tracking, live broadcasting, 3D replay, comments, groups and challenges. Premium adds advanced analytics, higher limits, WhatsApp alerts and premium map layers.

Which sports are supported?

More than 50 — from paragliding and hang gliding to cycling, running, hiking, sailing, skiing and many more. See the full list in Supported sports.

Do I need the mobile app to track?

To record in the field, yes — the mobile app is the recording cockpit. But you can also upload GPS files (GPX, IGC, FIT) from a watch or instrument directly on the web, and ingest live data from dedicated devices.

Does tracking work without internet?

Yes. The mobile app records fully offline and syncs your activity automatically when you're back online. Live broadcasting, of course, needs a connection while you're live.

Can people watch me in real time?

Yes — turn on live tracking. Followers and nearby athletes can watch, and emergency contacts can be alerted over WhatsApp/SMS even without the app.

What's the difference between a track, a scene and an event?

• A track (activity) is one recorded session.
• A scene combines several tracks into one 3D replay.
• An event is an organised competition with turnpoints and leaderboards.

Which devices and sensors can I connect?

Bluetooth varios and external GPS, ANT+ heart-rate and cadence sensors, and account sync from Garmin and Suunto. See Devices & sensors.

What file formats can I import and export?

Import GPX, IGC and FIT. Export GPX and IGC (the standard for free-flight competition submissions).

How do I change language or units?

From your profile settings. Units can be metric or imperial; the interface is available in several languages.

How do I cancel Premium?

From the store you subscribed through (App Store, Google Play) or from your web account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period. See Premium.

How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the web, under Configuration → Delete Account — reachable directly at …/configuration?tab=account_deletion (you must be signed in). Select Permanently delete my Account and click Confirm.

This is irreversible: your account, Premium subscription, payment cards and sign-in tokens are removed, and your tracks are anonymised. You can export your data first. See Delete your account for the full steps.
