Privacy & sharing
You decide who can see each activity. Privacy is set per activity, and you can change it at any time — before, during or after recording.
Privacy levels
| Level | Who can see it |

| Public | Everyone, including on the social map and in search. |
| Friends only | Only the people who follow you / your friends. |
| Private | Only you. |
| Not listed | Reachable by direct link, but hidden from listings and the social map. |
You can set a default privacy level for all new recordings in your settings, and override it per activity.
Sharing an activity
Every public or not-listed activity has a shareable link. You can share to:
- Facebook, X/Twitter, WhatsApp and email, with an auto-generated preview card.
- Any app via your phone's native share sheet.
- A QR code for groups and challenges.
Shared links can include a timestamp so the replay opens at a specific moment.
Open Graph previews
When you paste an activity or scene link into a chat or social network, SportsTrackLive generates a rich preview showing the title, thumbnail and key stats (distance, duration, sport). See Embeds & permalinks for embedding players directly into other sites.
Controlling your audience
- Manage who follows you from your profile.
- Archive old activities in bulk.
- Export your data, or delete your account, from settings.
