Create your account

You only need one SportsTrackLive account. It works across the web platform, the iOS app and the Android app — your activities, followers and settings stay in sync everywhere.

Sign up

You can create an account from any surface:

• On the web at sportstracklive.com.
• In the mobile app, on the welcome screen, tap Sign up.

You can register with:

• Email and password — the standard method.
• Continue with Google (Android).
• Continue with Facebook (web).

During sign-up you'll choose a username, which is how other athletes find you.

Verify your phone number (optional)

Adding and verifying a phone number unlocks WhatsApp alerts to your contacts when you go live. You'll receive a one-time code by SMS to confirm the number. This step is optional — you can add it later from your profile.

Your profile

From your profile you can set:

• Display name, bio/description and profile picture (an avatar is auto-generated from your initials if you don't upload one).
• Gender, location/country and preferred language.
• Measurement units — metric (km, m, km/h) or imperial (mi, ft, mph).
• A personal track color used to identify you in the 3D view.

Premium

A free account already gives you tracking, live broadcasting, 3D replay, comments, groups and challenges. Premium unlocks advanced statistics, higher upload and import limits, WhatsApp alerts, premium map layers and more. See the Premium page.

Managing your account

• Change language / units — profile settings.
• Cancel Premium — from account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Delete your account — permanently, at any time, from the web. See Delete your account.
